Especially in a crises. :) A few years ago, I came down with a case of the "winter blues." The next winter I made sure to stay active and it made a world of difference. But then again with the way health care is going, I probably shouldn't be. I recently had a comment suggest that I cancel my insurance and invest the money I spend on premiums. I was told that I'd have $19,000 in two years. When put next to a $70,000 bill, $19,000 is not worth it. Thanks for the comments.
