@ Bakari - We&#039;ve been doing something similar lately that has been helping keep our food costs down.  We already have the main dish at home(freezer)  so we only need to buy the sides, which are usually cheaper.

@ Jonathan - Codes will probably replace coupons in the not too distant future.</description>

However as i do most of my shopping online (including groceries) i find that free online discount codes and delivery codes are really, really helpful. I estimate that this year i&#039;ve saved around $680 from using these types of codes on a full range of things that i have purchased, which is a pretty big saving</description>

		<description>We buy in bulk. I&#039;ve noticed if we have a lot of fish and chicken on hand, the main part of the meal, we don&#039;t have the urge to buy fast food. The only thing we have to return to the store to buy is usually fresh fruit and vegetables.</description>
