Pretty good post. On the note about reviewing the budget, it's not irrelevant and common sense to repeat that. Most people don't have a budget, let alone one to review. Go up and ask any random stranger how much they've allotted this month for expenses, and how much for savings? Fairly simple questions, yet most people would not be able to give even a rounded off figure.

After having a fairly rough week at work, I've come to the decision it's no longer what I want to be doing. But, the economy being what it is leaves me in a precarious situation. While I could go without working for roughly 2 years, that's currently not something I'd like to do. So, I've decided what I really need to do is refocus my attention to my finances as I did when I was in debt. I would really like to make some changes, but the only way I can do that is by achieving wealth. Your tips are a great reminder - no matter where we are in personal finance - that we can only achieve wealth and financial success by working hard and staying with in our means.
