I just put my reward points in my bank account, because I'm not one on budgeting. However, the concept of using a credit card responsibly will alleviate you from the financial burden of the holidays is a good point. I agree with the idea of limiting gifts. This year it was mostly me buying my wife gifts and her buying me gifts. We are a little separated from family to do a lot of other gift giving. That’s a great idea.
