		<description>I think your six tips are excellent financial advice. I guess I have just recently started to operate from a &quot;net worth&quot; standpoint, and it&#039;s nice to see it laid out that way. 

You are very right, Looking at things with a slightly different mindset definitely makes it easier to stop living paycheck to paycheck. Adding multiple incomes is what has helped me the most.
