I use them all the time and if you are honest with your submission you will get the best price for what they are worth in that condition. If I have a phone that is "Broken" I rate is as "Broken" instead of lying and telling them that it works and hopefully they will not find out it's really broken when they inspect the phone. Hey, it is what it is. I have always been given the choice to have the phone returned to me so there are no surprises.
