I think #1 & 2 that lime green in column 2 is TOO much. Conversely, column 2 in #4-6 is either too dark or too similar to column 3. So, layout #3 seems to win by default. I also vote for 3, but I actually think that its second column is still too eye-catching - it pops the most with that color in it. Have you considered putting your text on a non-white background?
