I think this is a great post that touches on something a lot of people miss. Without a deep understanding of “why” there really isn’t a solid base for anything.

I could not agree more – goals do help, but having an underlying purpose to live and to what and why we want to accomplish something is much more valuable!

Nice post. I recently started putting more of a “why” emphasis on my goals, and it seems to help. It makes my goals seem more real, because there’s more of a consequence to not following through.
